Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek plain yogurt (or vanilla)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup bananas (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons almond slices

Equipment

  • Bowls
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Glass jars or cups

Method

  1. Start by washing your mixed berries and slicing your bananas. Make sure your yogurt is at a good consistency for layering.
  2. Take your glass jar or cup and add a layer of Greek yogurt to the bottom. About 1/3 cup should do the trick.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt, about 1/4 cup. This will add crunch and texture to your parfait.
  4. Drizzle a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup over the granola for added sweetness.
  5. Next, layer in half of your mixed berries and banana slices. Feel free to be generous; the more, the merrier!
  6. Repeat the layering process with another layer of yogurt, granola, honey, and the remaining fruits.
  7. Top your parfait with a final layer of almond slices for that extra delicious crunch.
  8. Your yogurt parfait is now ready to enjoy! You can serve it immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for a bit if you prefer it cold.

Notes

  • Use seasonal fruits for the best flavor.
  • Keep the granola separate until serving to maintain its crunch.
  • Substitute with dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option.
