Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into quarters. Slice each quarter into bite-sized florets.
In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, red pepper flakes, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the spice mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a large baking sheet, ensuring they're not overcrowded.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve warm.
