Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and place them in the prepared baking dish, spaced evenly. Pour the butter and sugar mixture over them.
Pour 1 cup of heavy whipping cream over the cinnamon rolls for a soft texture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Allow to cool slightly, then drizzle the icing over the warm rolls.
