  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic Fresh
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce
For the Noodles:
  • 8 oz linguine noodles
  • sesame seeds for garnish
  • green onions for garnish

Cooking Instructions
  1. Step 1: Cook the Noodles - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes, until al dente.
  2. Step 2: Make the Sauce - In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, minced garlic, ginger, and Sriracha. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Step 3: Drain and Rinse - Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and rinse under cool water to stop the cooking process.
  4. Step 4: Combine Noodles and Sauce - In a large mixing bowl, add the drained noodles and pour the peanut sauce over. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Step 5: Serve and Garnish - Plate the noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
