Ingredients
  

For the Parfait:
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, fat-free)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (Wildflower Honey for flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar (adds tang)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries or raspberries (freshly diced)
  • 1/2 cup granola (crunchy topping)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the white balsamic vinegar into the yogurt mixture.
  3. In parfait glasses, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by blueberries and diced strawberries or raspberries.
  4. Add a sprinkle of granola on top of the fruit layer.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with granola.
  6. Drizzle with extra honey on top for a glossy finish.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short period before serving.
