Distribute the sliced garlic, spicy sausage, and sun-dried tomatoes evenly over the cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
Once the pizza is out of the oven, let it cool for a minute. Top it with fresh arugula leaves, drizzling the remaining olive oil over the top.
