  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup yellow onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary fresh
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter cubed

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. Step 2: Sear the Chicken - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Check internal temperature for doneness.
  3. Step 3: Sauté the Aromatics - In the same skillet, add diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary, sauté for another minute.
  4. Step 4: Create the Sauce - Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping the skillet bottom. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Make it Creamy - Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and cubed butter until smooth. Season to taste.
  6. Step 6: Return the Chicken - Nestle chicken back into skillet, spoon sauce over it, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Serve and Enjoy - Serve hot over rice or your favorite sides with extra sauce drizzled on top.
