  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup drippy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup oil (coconut or canola are best for flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and flour, mixing them well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, peanut butter, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until the oats are well-coated.
  6. Transfer the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway to promote even browning.
  8. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet.

  • For the best crunch, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
  • Store granola in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
  • Press the mixture down firmly for clumps.
