Ingredients

  • 7 oz marshmallow crème
  • 8 oz light cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer or whisk
  • Spatula
  • Serving bowl

Method

  1. Start by taking the light cream cheese and ensuring it's at room temperature. This will help it blend seamlessly with the marshmallow crème.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and the 7 ounces of marshmallow crème. Using a hand mixer, beat them together on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Once the cream cheese and marshmallow crème are well combined, gently fold in the 1/4 cup of raspberry preserves. Make sure to mix it evenly to distribute the fruity flavor throughout the dip.
  4. Give the dip a taste! If you prefer a sweeter dip, you can add a little more marshmallow crème or preserves, depending on your taste preferences.
  5. For an even fresher taste, cover the dip and refrigerate it for about 30 minutes before serving. This step is optional, but it can enhance the flavors.
  6. Transfer the Raspberry Marshmallow Fruit Dip into a serving bowl, and arrange a colorful assortment of fresh fruits around it. Strawberries, apple slices, banana chunks, and grapes make excellent choices!

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth dip.
  • Start with less raspberry preserves and add more to taste for sweetness.
  • Chill the dip for 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
