- Step 1: Prepare the Ramen Noodles - Begin by boiling water in a pot. Once boiling, add the instant ramen noodles. Cook them for just 3-4 minutes, or until they're al dente. Drain the noodles and let them cool slightly. Carefully break the noodles in half to create two sheets.
- Step 2: Mix the Cheeses - In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. You can add a pinch of salt and pepper for extra flavor if desired. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Step 3: Layer the Ingredients - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In your oven-safe baking dish, start by spreading a thin layer of pasta sauce at the bottom. Place one of the ramen noodle sheets over the sauce. Next, add half of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles, followed by another layer of pasta sauce. Repeat this process with the second sheet of ramen noodles, the remaining cheese mixture, and another layer of sauce.
- Step 4: Top It Off - For the final layer, place the last sheet of ramen noodles on top and cover with the remaining pasta sauce. Sprinkle the rest of the shredded mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top. This will create a deliciously cheesy crust when baked.
- Step 5: Bake - Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Step 6: Garnish and Serve - Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Slice into squares and enjoy your delicious Ramen Lasagna!
