Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen puff pastry thawed (17.3-ounce)
  • as needed cooking spray
  • as needed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • a few mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your waffle maker. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into squares or rectangles that fit your waffle maker.
  3. Spray both sides of the waffle maker with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the pastry squares in the waffle maker and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Carefully remove the waffles with a spatula and top with fresh berries and mint.
