Method
 

Instructions:

  4. Step 4: Assemble the Chicken - Spread pesto on each chicken breast, then dip into the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Step 5: Layer with Mushrooms - Place coated chicken in a baking dish and top with sautéed mushrooms.
  6. Step 6: Add the Cheese - Place a slice of provolone cheese on each piece of chicken.
  7. Step 7: Bake - Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly and golden.
