Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Tenders:
  • 1 pound chicken tenders about 8-10 large tenders or cut chicken breast into strips
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour for dredging
  • to taste salt for seasoning
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper for seasoning
  • 1 large egg acts as a binder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs provides extra crunch
  • cup white sesame seeds adds flavor and texture
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds for contrast and nutty flavor
  • as needed vegetable oil for cooking
For the Dipping Sauce:
  • cup mayonnaise base for the dipping sauce
  • 1 clove garlic very finely minced or grated
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha adjust to taste for heat
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce adds umami flavor
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil enhances sesame flavor
  • as needed water to adjust consistency of the sauce

How to Prepare Panko Sesame Chicken Tenders:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Season the chicken tenders with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Step 2: Set Up Your Dredging Station - In three separate bowls, prepare your dredging station: flour, beaten egg, and panko mixture.
  3. Step 3: Coat the Chicken - Dip each tender in flour, egg, then panko mixture, pressing to coat.
  4. Step 4: Heat the Oil - In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  5. Step 5: Fry the Chicken Tenders - Fry the tenders in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
