How to Prepare Nut Bar Recipe
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
- Step 2: Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole raw cashews, almonds, chopped pecans, chopped walnuts, and raw pepitas. Stir until well mixed.
- Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut palm sugar, blue agave, organic vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Step 5: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until all nuts and seeds are coated.
- Step 6: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to press down firmly for an even compact layer.
- Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
