Start by measuring out all of your ingredients. This makes the process smoother and ensures you don’t miss anything.
In a food processor, add the 1 cup of almonds and pulse until they resemble a coarse meal. Be careful not to over-process, as you don’t want almond butter just yet!
Next, add the 1 1/3 cups of dates and 1 cup of dried apples to the food processor. Pulse again until the mixture starts to come together.
Add in the 1 1/2 tablespoons of water and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Continue to process until the mixture is sticky and holds together when pressed.
Drizzle in 3 tablespoons of melted almond butter and pulse until fully combined. This will help bind the mixture and add creaminess.
Line your baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal. Transfer the mixture to the pan and press it down firmly using your hands or a spatula until it’s evenly distributed.
Pour the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted almond butter over the top of the pressed mixture. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and flaky sea salt. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the bars to set properly.
Once set, remove the mixture from the pan using the parchment paper. Slice into bars of your desired size and enjoy your No-Bake Whole30 Apple-Almond Butter Bars!
