  • small pinch kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh blueberries

Method
 

  1. In your favorite microwave-safe mug, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, kosher salt, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Add the coconut oil, honey, and milk to the dry mixture. Stir well with a fork or whisk until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to mash them.
  4. Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
