Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 cup mini M&Ms
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and honey. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
  2. Add the old-fashioned oats, vanilla protein powder, and fine sea salt to the peanut butter mixture. Stir well until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the mini M&Ms and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Roll small amounts of the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up the energy balls.

Notes

  • Store energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Freeze for longer storage, up to three months.
  • Feel free to customize mix-ins with dried fruits or seeds.
