Cooking Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, paprika, parsley, salt, pepper, and the large egg. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and form about 8 small patties, each about 1 inch thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook the sliders for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Just before the sliders are done, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover for about a minute to melt.
- Remove sliders from the skillet, place on mini buns, and add your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Store cooked sliders in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freeze sliders wrapped in plastic wrap for up to 3 months.
- Reheat in a skillet over low heat until warmed through.
