  • 1/4 cup lemon curd
  • 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar for sprinkling on top

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  6. Step 6: Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Step 7: Sprinkle the tops with turbinado sugar before baking.

  9. Step 9: Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
