Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound keto spaghetti (2 x 16 oz bags)
  • 1 recipe keto spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef or ground chicken (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Method
 

  1. Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Once boiling, add the keto spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually around 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, drain the spaghetti in a colander and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. If using ground beef or chicken, add it to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
  3. Once the meat is cooked, pour in your keto spaghetti sauce. Stir to combine and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  4. Add the cooked keto spaghetti to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce, ensuring every strand is flavorful.
  5. Plate the Keto Spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious flavors!
