Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella or cheese blend)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons water (adjust as necessary)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded cheddar cheese, and salt until well incorporated.
  3. Step 3: Slowly add 1 tablespoon of water to the mixture and stir until the dough comes together. Add more water if too dry.
  4. Step 4: Place the dough on parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Step 5: Cut the rolled-out dough into desired shapes using a pizza cutter or knife.
  6. Step 6: Transfer the parchment paper with the crackers onto a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Step 7: Let the crackers cool on the baking sheet before enjoying them with your favorite dip or cheese.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to three months.
