Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces diced jalapenos drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs unseasoned
  • 4 tablespoons butter salted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure that your dip bakes evenly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder. Use a spatula to mix everything until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and half a cup of the shredded Parmesan cheese into the creamy mixture. Mix well to ensure the cheeses are evenly distributed.
  4. Gently fold in the diced jalapenos, ensuring they’re evenly spread throughout the cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into your baking dish and spread it out evenly with your spatula.
  6. In a small bowl, melt the salted butter. Add the Panko bread crumbs and the remaining half cup of Parmesan cheese, mixing until the crumbs are well-coated.
  7. Sprinkle the Panko mixture evenly over the dip in the baking dish.
  8. Place the dip in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbly.
  9. Once baked, remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with minced fresh parsley for a pop of color, then serve warm with your favorite dippers!
