Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups taco meat
  • 12 oz tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 small handful chopped fresh coriander/cilantro leaves

Method
 

  1. Prepare the taco meat, cooking ground beef with spices, diced tomatoes, onions, and peppers in the Instant Pot.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Spread out the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet in an even layer.
  4. Spoon the prepared taco meat evenly over the chips.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the nachos.
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly, then drizzle sour cream and sprinkle with coriander/cilantro leaves.
  8. Serve and enjoy while hot!
