  • 2 tbsp BBQ dry rub seasoning

Method
 

  1. Start by removing the sirloin steak from the refrigerator and letting it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Pat the steak dry with paper towels, drizzle olive oil over both sides, and sprinkle BBQ dry rub seasoning evenly.
  3. Preheat your griddle over medium-high heat for about 5-10 minutes.
