Instructions:
- Gather all of the ingredients listed above.
- In a large mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream. Use a whisk to blend them until well combined and smooth.
- Pour in 1 cup buttermilk and whisk again until fully incorporated.
- Add 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to blend.
- Add in 1/2 teaspoon mustard and 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish. Whisk until fully mixed.
- Finally, add 1 clove minced garlic, 2 teaspoons chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper. Give it one final whisk to combine everything thoroughly.
- Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
- If the dressing thickens, stir in a little extra buttermilk.
- Shake or stir before using as ingredients may settle.
