Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, almonds, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey and melted coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Pour the honey and coconut oil mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cereal mixture evenly across the sheet.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.
  7. Once toasted to your liking, let it cool completely before transferring to an airtight storage container.
