- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, almonds, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the honey and melted coconut oil until smooth.
- Pour the honey and coconut oil mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cereal mixture evenly across the sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.
- Once toasted to your liking, let it cool completely before transferring to an airtight storage container.
