Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, nuts and seeds, and salt. Add spices if using.
- In a separate bowl, mix nut butter and sweetener until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once golden brown, let it cool and then mix in dried fruit.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.

- Granola can also be frozen for up to three months.
