  • 3 cups Rolled Oats gluten-free if needed
  • 1 cup Nuts & Seeds your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Wet Ingredients
  • ½ cup Nut Butter almond or peanut
  • ½ cup Sweetener maple syrup, honey, or agave
Add-Ins
  • 1 cup Dried Fruit raisins, cranberries, or coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Spices cinnamon or vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, nuts and seeds, and salt. Add spices if using.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix nut butter and sweetener until smooth.
  5. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Once golden brown, let it cool and then mix in dried fruit.
  9. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.

Notes

  • Experiment with different nut butters for unique flavors.
  • Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Granola can also be frozen for up to three months.
