  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
