Cooking Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk together.
- Make a well in the center, add yoghurt and water, then drizzle in olive oil. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide dough into 6-8 portions, roll each into a ball, and flatten into discs about ¼ inch thick.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place flatbreads in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Carefully remove flatbreads and let cool on a wire rack or towel.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freeze flatbreads in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months.
- Reheat in the air fryer or a pan for a few minutes before serving.
