  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon (if using), and salt. Stir well to ensure even distribution of the cocoa and chia.
  2. Pour in your choice of milk and sweetener. Mix thoroughly until all the dry ingredients are well incorporated into the liquid.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a jar or airtight container. Seal it tightly and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results.
  4. In the morning, give your oats a good stir. You can add a splash more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency. Serve them cold or heat them in the microwave for a warm option.
