Ingredients

  • 1 package fudge brownie mix 18 ounces
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 block cream cheese 8 ounces, room temperature
  • 3 cups powdered sugar (339g)
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk or cream to adjust frosting consistency
  • Strawberries for topping
  • Dark, white, or milk chocolate candy melts for drizzling

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk
  • 9-inch round baking pan
  • Spatula
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Knife or pizza cutter

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9-inch round baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely.
  3. In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well. If too thick, add milk or cream to desired consistency.
  4. Remove the cooled brownie from the pan and place it on a serving platter. Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top.
  5. Slice strawberries and arrange them on top of the frosted brownie. Melt candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the strawberries and frosting.
  6. Slice your Easy Brownie Pizza into wedges. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for later enjoyment.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
  • Make ahead by preparing the brownie base and frosting separately.
  • Try different toppings like raspberries or blueberries for variety.
