Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with dried basil, dried oregano, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Take one tortilla and spread a spoonful of marinara sauce evenly over one half. Add the chicken mixture and shredded mozzarella cheese, then fold the tortilla over.
Lightly coat the outside of the folded quesadilla with olive oil.
Place the quesadillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Once baked, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
Serve with additional marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
