Ingredients

  • 6 pounds chicken wings trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Stone House Seasoning
  • 1 recipe Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 serving Blue Cheese Dressing optional
  • 1 serving Ranch Dressing optional

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Mixing bowl
  • Saucepan
  • Meat thermometer

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature will help achieve that coveted crispiness.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cleaned and trimmed chicken wings with cornstarch and Stone House Seasoning. Toss until every wing is evenly coated.
  3. Place a wire rack on top of a baking sheet. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack to allow heat to circulate.
  4. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
  5. While the wings are baking, prepare your buffalo sauce in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
  6. Once the wings are crispy and cooked through, remove them from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  7. Serve your crispy baked buffalo chicken wings hot, with blue cheese or ranch dressing on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • Use skinless chicken wings for a lower-fat version.
  • Pair with fresh veggies like celery and carrot sticks for a crunchy side.
  • Leftover wings can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
