Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons roasted garlic paste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Method
 

  1. Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with coarsely ground black pepper and garlic salt. Make sure to coat them evenly for maximum flavor.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil. Once hot, place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet. Sear for about 6-7 minutes per side, until they are golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium. Add the softened cream cheese and roasted garlic paste. Stir until the cream cheese starts to melt and combine with the remaining drippings from the chicken. Once smooth, gradually add in the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheeses are fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
  4. Carefully place the seared chicken breasts back into the skillet with the creamy sauce. Spoon some of the sauce over the chicken to ensure it’s well-coated. Let it simmer together for about 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  5. Once everything is heated through, remove from heat. Plate the chicken and drizzle the creamy garlic parmesan sauce over the top. Serve it hot, with your choice of side dishes, and enjoy the deliciousness that is Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken!
