Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed Dunkin' Donuts Coconut Ground Coffee cooled
  • 2 medium ripe bananas peeled and broken into chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk or the milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Glass or mason jar

Method

  1. Start by brewing 1 cup of Dunkin' Donuts Coconut Ground Coffee. Allow it to cool slightly before adding it to your blender.
  2. Peel the two medium ripe bananas and break them into chunks. This will help them blend more easily.
  3. In your blender, combine the brewed coffee, banana chunks, 1 cup of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut, and 1/4 cup of almond butter. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, you can add 1 tablespoon of honey at this stage.
  4. Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well combined.
  5. If your smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency. Blend again until smooth.
  6. Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass or mason jar. For an extra touch, sprinkle some additional shredded coconut on top before serving. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • For a fruity twist, add fresh or frozen strawberries.
  • Use decaf coffee for a caffeine-free option.
