Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium ripe avocados look for ones that yield slightly to pressure
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed is best
  • 2 teaspoons orange juice adjust to taste
  • 2 teaspoons pineapple juice increase for more sweetness
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro fresh is key for flavor
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce adjust according to heat preference
  • sea salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Start by slicing your ripe avocados in half. Remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
  3. Pour in the tablespoon of lime juice, along with the orange and pineapple juices. Adjust the quantities to your taste.
  4. Add the coarsely chopped cilantro to the bowl.
  5. Drizzle in the hot sauce based on your spice preference. Taste and adjust as needed.
  6. Sprinkle in sea salt to taste, starting with a little and increasing as necessary.
  7. Gently fold all the ingredients together until well combined.
  8. Transfer your Citrus Guacamole to a serving bowl and enjoy with tortilla chips or your favorite dishes.

  • Store leftover guacamole in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface to minimize browning.
