Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with the buttermilk.
Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes.
Let the loaf cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
