Start by cooking the Chicken Rice-a-Roni according to the package instructions. Set aside once done.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, ½ cup of milk, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Unroll the crescent rolls on a clean surface. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll the dough around the filling.
Arrange the roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed.
While the roll-ups are baking, fluff the cooked Chicken Rice-a-Roni with a fork. Serve the roll-ups hot over a generous scoop of the rice.
