Ingredients
  

For the Salad:
  • 6 cups Romaine or Butter lettuce
  • 4 oz provolone cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup ham cubed
  • 1/2 cup chicken or turkey cubed
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Italian dressing or ranch or blue cheese dressing

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Start by washing the Romaine or Butter lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry and chop into bite-sized pieces, then place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Cube the provolone cheese, ham, and cooked chicken or turkey into small, uniform pieces.
  3. Dice the hard-boiled eggs, avocado, and tomatoes. Add these to the bowl with the lettuce.
  4. Sprinkle the croutons over the salad.
  5. Drizzle your choice of dressing over the salad, toss gently until well coated.
  6. Serve and enjoy your refreshing Chef Salad!
