In a large pot, combine the Kraft caramel squares, unsalted butter, and salt. Heat over low, stirring continuously until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and quickly fold in the Kellogg's Corn Pops cereal until evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly, pressing down gently.
Let the treats cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Cut into squares or rectangles and serve. Store in an airtight container.
