- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease your 9x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and work it into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, combine blueberries, lemon juice, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Gently toss the blueberries.
- Spread the blueberry mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Mix remaining flour and powdered sugar, add butter if necessary, and sprinkle over the blueberry layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and blueberries are bubbling.
- Let cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.
