Ingredients
  

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14-oz
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sugar for rolling
  • 36 Hershey Kisses optional

Method
 

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure that your cookies bake evenly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
  3. Gradually add the Bisquick mix to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until a dough forms. The dough will be thick and slightly sticky.
  4. Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form the dough into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in sugar to coat.
  5. Place the sugar-coated dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. If you’re adding Hershey Kisses, gently press one into the center of each dough ball.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers might look a little soft, but they will firm up as they cool.
