Ingredients
  

For the Crust:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box powdered sugar 16-ounce

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: Line your 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until mixed. Add egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla; mix until just combined.
  4. Step 4: Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Step 5: In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and Biscoff spread until smooth. Add eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar; mix until silky.
  6. Step 6: Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Step 7: Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
  8. Step 8: Cool in the pan for 20 minutes before lifting out with parchment and cooling completely before slicing.
