Directions:
- Start by washing and drying the 1 pound of baby gold potatoes thoroughly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the washed potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasonings, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned baby potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook them for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- After 15 minutes, check the potatoes for doneness. They should be golden brown and crispy. Continue air frying for another 5 minutes if needed.
- Carefully remove the baby potatoes from the air fryer and serve them hot.
