Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes:
  • 1 lb baby gold potatoes small, round varieties
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin for robust flavor
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasonings a mix of herbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder for flavor
  • 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp pepper freshly ground for best taste

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Start by washing and drying the 1 pound of baby gold potatoes thoroughly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the washed potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasonings, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned baby potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook them for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. After 15 minutes, check the potatoes for doneness. They should be golden brown and crispy. Continue air frying for another 5 minutes if needed.
  6. Carefully remove the baby potatoes from the air fryer and serve them hot.

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with different spices and herbs based on your preference.
  • For a gourmet touch, add grated Parmesan cheese during the last few minutes of cooking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
