Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  3. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 15-30 minutes before baking.
  • Feel free to add seasonal vegetables for a complete meal.
