Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a large piece of aluminum foil (about 2 feet long).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and dried thyme. Mix until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on the center of the foil. Use a brush or spoon to apply the glaze over the top of the salmon.
- Lay the sliced lemons over the salmon, and sprinkle with extra salt and pepper if desired.
- Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
- Place the foil packet on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Once baked, carefully open the foil and transfer the salmon to a serving platter, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Flake leftover salmon over salads for added protein.
- Use a brown sugar substitute for a low-carb option.
