Ingredients
  

For the Wings:
  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, add your chicken wings and pat them dry.
  3. 3. In another bowl, combine the minced garlic, red chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and salt.
  4. 4. Melt the unsalted butter and pour it over the wings. Add the seasoning mix and toss until evenly coated.
  5. 5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer.
  6. 6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. 7. Mix the grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Sprinkle over the wings after baking.
  8. 8. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!

Notes

  • Pat wings dry for extra crispiness.
  • Use a wire rack to improve airflow while baking.
