  • 1/8 tsp black pepper For warmth
  • 2 1/2 cups corn flakes cereal About 3/4 cup crushed
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Finely grated

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Cut your chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine potato flakes and cold water to make a smooth batter. Add garlic salt and black pepper.
  4. Step 4: Dip each chicken piece into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Step 5: In a shallow dish, mix crushed corn flakes with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Step 6: Roll each chicken piece in the corn flake mixture until well-coated.
  7. Step 7: Place coated nuggets on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
