Method
 

  1. Begin by lightly flouring your work surface. If using homemade dough, roll it out to your desired thickness, keeping in mind that it will puff up slightly as it cooks. If you opted for store-bought dough, follow the package instructions for rolling out the dough.
  2. Once your dough is rolled out, sprinkle a light layer of cornmeal on the base. This will help prevent sticking and give your crust that delightful crunch.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust. You can adjust the amount of sauce to your personal taste.
  4. Add your pepperoni slices (or any other toppings you love), followed by a generous sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese. Finish it off with a dash of Italian seasoning for that extra burst of flavor.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). This step is crucial as it ensures your pizza cooks evenly and achieves the perfect crispiness.
  6. Carefully transfer your pizza into the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, checking halfway through to ensure it’s cooking evenly. The crust should be golden brown and the cheese bubbly and melted.
