Ingredients
  

For the Cake:
  • 1 box White Cake Mix 16.5 ounces
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding and pie filling 3.4 ounces
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
For the Amaretto Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Grease your Bundt pan generously with vegetable oil or non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix and the vanilla instant pudding mix.
  4. Step 4: Add the eggs, water, vegetable oil, and almond extract to the dry ingredients. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Step 7: Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes, then invert onto a cooling rack.
  8. Step 8: In a small saucepan, combine powdered sugar with Amaretto liqueur to make the glaze.
